| Description: | Here you can see the Dick Cepek 4" Suspension lift and the use of the included Drop-Brackets with stock control arms. For far less than the cost of a long-arm system, you can seriously improve the angles of your control arms, bringing them close to stock (almost flat). The benefit of this is a better handling, smoother riding Jeep with no flex-steer issues (when the drooping side of an axle follows an arc, bringing one side forward), and minimising the shocks from road bumps being sent directly to the frame. This Jeep with a 4" Lift and 33" tires is very stable on the highway, and the slight loss of clearance from the brackets is not an issue for us. There's still more clearance than stock! |
